Sweet pea microgreens taste like fresh peas and are mild, sweet, and bright green! Harvested when shoots are 3-5 inches in height, they make a great snack on their own. These microgreens are harvested at peak flavor and freshness and packaged by weight in containers made of commercially compostable materials. To avoid excessive moisture and preserve shelf life, they are unwashed. Please rinse before use as there may be some particles of soil or seed husks present. Refrigerate immediately.
