Refund policy

In most circumstances, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) cannot be returned. However, if the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will work with you to correct the issue. Do to the perishable nature of microgreens, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt to get a refund or exchange. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If you contact us about an issue and we approve a return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
