Gourmet Greens microgreen trays are grown to order and will take 6 days to be ready. They are grown in organic soil using organic seeds, without pesticides or herbicides, right here in Copperas Cove, TX. When you order a tray, you can enjoy the freshest greens possible by harvesting exactly when you need them.

You can order a half tray or a full tray. Half trays are 10 x 10 inches in size while full trays are 10 x 20 inches in size. 

You can start harvesting as soon as you receive your order, just keep in mind that they will continue growing until the entire tray has been harvested. Depending on how long it takes you to harvest the tray, you may also need to water them. Placing them in a bright location is a good idea as well.
