
Confetti Radish Hummus Wrap

Tortillas
- Hummus of your choice
- Greek Yogurt dressing or Tzatziki
- Confetti Radish
- Sliced red onion
- Sliced cucumber
- Sliced red bell pepper
- Sliced tomato
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- Sliced turkey (optional)
Spread hummus on a tortilla, then layer with radish microgreens, thinly sliced red bell pepper, red onion, tomato, and cucumber.
Add crumbled feta cheese (optional), and turkey (optional). Season with salt and pepper.
Top with a creamy Greek yogurt dressing or tzaziki. Garnish with dill if desired. Roll up and enjoy!
